Our Story
Established in 2019, Chakula Abattoir is a proud subsidiary of Chakula Investment Group (Pty) Ltd. It stands as a beacon of excellence in the Namibian food industry for its exceptional plant-based protein and premium meat products. Our journey is one rooted in a commitment to quality, sustainability, and the rich agricultural heritage of Namibia.
Chakula Abattoir has blossomed over the years and currently employs over 40 dedicated workers, with ambitious plans to double this number over the next three years. Located in the picturesque Kunene region, just a four-hour drive from Windhoek, our abattoir is strategically positioned to capture the essence of Namibia’s sprawling landscapes and thriving livestock resources.
